Rome, April 23, 2025 – This week, REDINN is honored to welcome a dynamic group of international researchers as part of the Se4All Horizon Europe project. Starting April 21, 2025, REDINN opened its doors to participants from Argentina’s INTA and INTI, and Spain’s UAB, fostering collaboration in the field of sustainable and functional foods.
REDINN’s project managers Leonardo Piccinetti and Donatella Santoro led the orientation and workshop sessions that shaped the strategic direction of the secondment. The visiting experts included:
👩🔬 Leticia E. Toselli (INTA),
👩🔬 Julieta Comin (INTI),
👩🔬 María Jesús Sánchez Martín,
👨🔬 Alejandro Fuentes García,
👨🔬 Lázaro Armando Pérez Acosta (UAB).
April 22 featured a hands-on strategic workshop focused on defining measurable impacts for the secondment and aligning them with Se4All’s broader goals. The day concluded with a sensory and market insight experience at Beppe e i Suoi Formaggi, where tradition met innovation in dairy craftsmanship.
These initial days not only set a strong foundation for impactful research but also reaffirm REDINN’s role as a connector between academia, innovation, and industry.
